After the hole we dug oursleves out of after the first year mess the playoffs will be sweet no matter where we finish. However I would think after working this hard a top four finish would be their goal. Again the way he used his lines last night should keep our legs fresher and give us a little more bite on the road trips. Springer...try posting once...just once...without referring to that fucking playing two lines all the time. You might like it, and stop doing it, or do it less, for which I'd be eternally grateful.

Gallant i hope. That way we have 4 lines that can put points on the board. Gallant can be shuffled in as needed

He did mention at one point early in the season that he had hoped to have Anthony playing on the 2nd line. The third line looks like it might be Gauthier, Leduc, and Kirkpatrick Which leaves Charland, Thomas, Stoddard, and Gallant so who sits? The shutdown line seems to be working out well. That leaves more room for offence from the top two and the 4th can either be the "tough guy" line with Gallant and Thomas or when needed Thomas, Charland and Stoddard can be a threat to score and is a pretty responsible group.....hopefully the injuries are behind us, and this is a luxury the coaches will have to deal with.

You know that by starting this discussion you have doomed your team to NOT finish first. It's like how you never mention your goalie has a shut out going... you never mention the shut out or you will ruin it. Or when the NBA announcer says "He is a perfect 368 for 368 from the free throw line" means the next free throw will be an automatic miss. You have cursed your team. Cross your fingers they don't plummet to last place! Rookies.

I have to say Gallant as well. Odds are he won't be here next year as a 20, but Charland, Stoddard, and Thomas will be. I like that 4th line. If Gallant plays, next vote goes to Stoddard.

Do you understand humour? That’s a clear joke he’s not trolling at all. He was talking about how someone jinxed your first place chance by starting a thread. While I am a big believer in not suggesting a shut out before it’s happened, do you really think that suggesting the superstitions that go along with this stuff amounts to trolling?

The Dogs should finish 2nd or 3rd. Those two tough road trips in Feb will make or break the Dogs in the final standings. With two very good goalies and lots of depth the Dogs should finish top 3.

I never said a word about it you did. I thought JB was right on the mark last night. Should be a good finish to the year playing this way. Try posting without swearing there are kids in here. Every time we start the game G-unit says we will lose, and more often than not he's been wrong ...I think it may have started from there, but like so many of these legends and folklore it gets pretty murky as you go back in time . Don't worry about our misfortune though I'm sure you guys will have enough of your own to worry about in the next 8 or 9 weeks ;D.
