This is gonna be a challenge, since Bernier is making his debut, and at home nonetheless. But we SHOULD win this game, if only because of Lewy's goal scorers may be overachieving so far. Getting LeRoy back should be a huge boost for the Dogs, and we have the horses to take this one. 4-3 Dogs.

3-2 SeaDogs....maybe "Joe" will be a bit rusty, or his timing could be off a bit...we can hope so at least....Dogs have to get that power play rolling, and start to avoid the selfish penaltys if they want to stay in the top half of the standings. The last 3 games we have given 20 power plays(giving up only 1 PP goal) but that can't keep up forever one of these games it's gonna bite us in the a@s.
I wonder how many D-men JB. will dress for the game tonight....I don't know how much to read into it but did MacDonald even get a shift in the game on Sunday?...My son said Stich took a slapshot off the back of the knee late in the game on Saturday night trying to block a slapshot, apparently he tried to go down to block the shot and a Gat. player hooked his skate and he took the shot off the back of the leg. Does Scotty dress again or was it just precaution to see if Stich could go? I didn't see it but it seemed right when he pointed it out to me on Sunday.

I believe Stich is fine and will be playing tonight vs. Lewiston. MacDonald likely only dressed because Langan was playing with the Vitos, and Gallant was out injured along with Sparling. He was all that was left other than Passingham.

Yeah he looked OK on sunday...just seemed kinda strange to dress 7 D and play only 6.. just an observation...I wonder will Langan see any more icetime this week with the HITMAN ready to go....hopefully Sparling's almost ready too, it'll be three weeks this Saturday.

Hopefully Sparling gets back soon, something def missing on that line since he went down to injury. they are an exciting group to watch on the ice no question........

IF they start Bernier, his timing will be a little off, as I'm sure the NHL is a little faster than the Q, but I think he'll settle down and be just fine.
Yes we are tied with 17 points, you do have 2 games in hand on us, and the last few games against us, you sea pups have started to play like sea dogs (a little thorn on our side) but I still say it's too early for your coming out party and Lewy will prevail 5-2.

Tough road trip and tough week. Who do we start Mayer or Fullerton? I am guessing that JB will give Fullerton the shot at knocking off Lewiston.
