If your 20's are not impressive against a weak Moncton team then you better cash them all in for Q experienced ones or J.B. will be seeking employment by Christmas as stated earlier this franchise can't wait beyond this year to start jellin, its win now baby or things will happen and it will start at the top. ( It was a silly experiment to go for a third assistant coach to become your head coach and then give this untried individual both top jobs, it appears that the Sea Dogs have done things backward since day one. What an absolutely idiotic post. Hello? It's not like you have many options as an expansion franchise. You sound like you think we should have traded all our good young assets for 20yr olds just so we can make the playoffs this year.

JB has proven nothing yet as far as being successful here, but he has not failed yet either. So give it some time Sharrow before you make comments like that. Let's see how this year goes first.

He criticized the organization for handing him the top job (GM). There's no need to wait on that one. There is no way you can rate his performance as GM as anything but great! The only negative was the flag incident. Though passion can lead to stupid mistakes like that, it also brings you championships.

It does make sense ... otherwise you'd see a boatload of 20 YO from the OHL and WHL playing in the Q ... but we don't see that. I was always under the impression that any 20 YO had to have played in the Q the year before ... or at least a previous year ... to be eligible as a 20 YO. The Knox announcement a few months back brought out this rule that allows one non-Q player per team to play as a 20 YO ... last night you had 2. I can't recall ever seeing that before as 20 YO are always past Q players ... or at least they were to the best of my recollection. If it's against the rule though why would they allow them to even play a preseason game with both of them in the lineup. I doubt Beaulieu asked anybody if he could have both in the lineup at the same time ... he just did it and nobody questioned it. Its not the Refs call to decide which players are elligible ... its something the league will deal with. Nobody really cares what you do in pre-season ... winning or losing is not important ... its all about evaluating your players against strong opponents ... so nobody is bothered by the two 20 YO playing in the same game. I think Beaulieu put them both into the first pre-season game so he could take care of that NCAA eligibility issue ... now its gone for both guys for at least a year ... eliminating that option.

Well said Bert He hasn't been doing the job long here but he's done nothing but positive things for this team with Knox, Anthony, Despres, Mayer, F. Charland, plus the pile of trades last year that had a positive impact on this team. Remember what he had when he got here

I think he did a hell of a job in the draft, landing 2 of the best if not the 2 best guys in the draft. Regardless of the 20's this year all they have to do is be solid and put up decent numbers. This team is a playoff team, and if Mayer turns out to be a stud then they could make some noise in the playoffs.

It was a silly experiment to go for a third assistant coach to become your head coach Where did you come up with this third assistant coach crap? He's saying JB was the third Asst. coach of London Knights when we hired him. Sharrow has had it in for JB since day one. I just ignore him and suggest doing the same. Otherwise I'd be pointing out how there were many more junior teams trying to hire JB as their head coach at that time so it's not like the Sea Dogs were the only team out there stupid enough to hire the guy. Plus he is doing a great job. We are vastly improved with a better pool of young talent. Sure we didnt make the playoffs last year and only 5 more wins than the year before but we weren't getting smoked every night by 5+ goals either every time we took a loss.

All of Sharrow's 14 posts have been putting down JB. Like LIMH said, ignoring him is for the best.
