Finished HomeFront last night. Not a Jason Statham fan but it was definitely worth the time watching. We enjoyed it.
Next up... American Hustle.

I watch a little bit of movies. I'm a documentary and action/drama/thriller, and sometimes comedys. guy.
My favorite documentaries are Farenheit 911 and pretty much every other Michael Moore movie.
As for action typed movies, I like many. But my favorite action movies have got to be the Die Hard series. Maybe not the latest one as it wasn't that great but the rest are good. I also like the Iron Mans and Spider-Mans, Saving Private Ryan and most other military movies, Goodfellas and Schindler's List. I don't really find comedies too entertaining but I have to say the Anchormans are probably my favorites.
Three recent movies I saw that I liked are Non Stop, Homefront and Lone Survivor. Lone Survivor was actually kinda a sad movie.
My post was kinda disorganized but I don't really have the best memory and these are the ones I thought of of the top of my head.

Figured since there was a thread on TV series that I'd make one for movies. What's your top-10 list for all-time favorite movies and recent movies. My top-10 1. Saving Private Ryan 2. Blood In Blood Out 3. Shawshank Redemption 4. Devil's Rejects 5. Mystic River 6. Air Force One 7. The Fighter 8. American Gangster 9. Death Sentence 10.Shooter HMs: Defiance, Sexdrive , Sleepers , Taken Recent (2012/13): 1. Prisoners 2. Frozen Ground 3. Flight 4. Chernobyl Diaries 5. Stand Up Guys 6. Gangster Squad 7. Argo 8. Broken City 9. Deadfall 10.The Impossible HMs: The Paperboy , The Company You Keep , 42 I'm not a movie guy whatsoever. You named 27 movies and of those I've only seen 2 and only heard of 4. I saw Shooter and 42, both of which I enjoyed however. I realize I'm missing out on a bunch of classics probably but that's my loss. I saw Wolf on Wall Street on Friday and while it was decent, it wasn't amazing like some people were saying. Haha sounds just like me. Of the 27 movies he listed I've only heard of 4 and watched 1 (AF1). The last time I even went out to see one in the theatre was February of last year, and I don't even remember what it was aha

I used to watch tons of movies in theatres, but lately I can't be bothered, Got a $20 gift card in June last year, and watched something (can't remember what) not long after. I then used it again just last week. I still watch movies, just not at theatres.
However, the movie I saw last week was surprisingly good: The Lego Movie (heard people talk about it, but didn't really believe them).

Do any of you guys watch movies at any of the free online sites? I can't remember the last time I've actually paid to rent a movie. Don't see any reason for it if they are available to watch for free...........movies4k is ok, but not nearly as good as it used to be......Viooz is a pretty good one with most of them very good quality......the latest one I found is yifi.tv. this one is probably the best I've seen in a long time...very high quality movies, very fast streams, no wait times and new movies. Most times these sites will have movies that are still in theater, on pay per view, or just released on video......a lot of times I've watched movies before they were even out in the theaters...not sure how they get put up there before they even come out, but some do.

Projectfreetv ( Google because their are a bunch of fake bs URLS that attempt to give you malware ) Projectfreetv lists all kinds of different and reliable streams that you can choose from.
Personally I torrent most of the movies I want to watch. I use Vuze for the client and ThePiratebay or kickasstorrents for the torrent.

I tried Yify. I was quite impressed by the quality. If you ever run into popup trouble using AdBlock will help. The sites I frequent the most that have ads that are not annoying I disable the block for though.
