The webcast is pretty good .... not Mon/Hal of course. I have 4 games up on my screen patched into 55" tv ... all very clear ... and the bandwidth does not seem to be affected.
Watching CB/Cha ... Bat/SJ ... BLB/Gat ... and BC/Que ... great feature

Well my video is pretty bright, pixelated and has no sound. And they are using the scoreboard feed again. I was hoping, based on the quality from other rinks, we would see a better feed at the METRO CENTRE but then again they seemed to have problems and maybe its a work in progress right now.

How much do you want to bet that the 'technical difficulties' they were experiencing stems from the fact that they are using the Silvervision feed again this year?

Wow amazing game for the Cats...go into a very hostile rink and destroy the Moose! Right now you have to be thinking about Moncton going to the Memorial Cup and winning it all. It looked like men playing boys tonight. Wow what a juggernaut!

Another Moncton coma inducing game..... Agreed. What a team the Moose are. Back to back home openers with 0 goals. Time to wake uo from the coma boys. Sent from my SGH-I337M using proboards

Well Dibeau certainly wasn't any slouch either. Let's not be so hard on our young rookies and see how we perform when all our regulars are back from training camps.

I thought it was an encouraging night. The Moose look to be a hard-working bunch. Goals might be hard to come by sometimes, and we'll have to accept that. With hard work, and a little skill thrown in, we should surprise some teams some nights. Dubeau seems to have our number. He deserved 1st star for sure.

Overall, I think the effort was there for the most part, but the execution wasn't. Resop played very well; if it weren't for him it'd have been a 6 or 7-0 game. The Mooseheads had some chances; especially in the first period and late in the third, but couldn't capitalize on them. The young defencemen had some not good moments, (not expectedly), not knowing what to do with the puck and getting caught in their own end. Some lazy passes by both the forwards and defencemen didn't help. You hope they get better as the season goes on. The offence will be a real struggle until Ehlers/Gadoury return. The penalty kill could use some work too.
Off topic; I noticed the Mooseheads and AUS/AUAA/CIS banners were taken down from the rafters; the only ones hanging were the Mooseheads Presidents Cup and Memorial Cup banners.
Overall, Moncton played well, but with a depleted Moosehead lineup, it was hard to judge them. Dubeau came up with the saves when he needed to.
