Holy crap!! That's chaos. Any clue what caused ir? Just typical STFX crap. Start losing a game and they turn into goons. Regan Spears skated into center ice on the faceoff after a goal and went at an Acadia player. 2-3 fights ensued, as that was winding down something took place at the benches that caused this but I didn’t see what exactly.

St.Fx won't have enough players to finish the season. They had numerous guys leave the bench and instigate fights...playoffs are in 10 days...

Apparently some things were said that really crossed a line and the AUS isn’t treating this like a traditional line brawl. It will be interesting to see what exactly happens.

Acadia plays on Wednesday, so the suspensions need to be announced in the next 48 hours. I guess they can give a bunch of guys indefinite suspensions.

Acadia seemed to restrain themselves and only got involved when they were forced to fight.

Acadia seemed to restrain themselves and only got involved when they were forced to fight. It's almost comical that the St.Fx coach was yelling at the Acadia coach to get his players under control when all the X guys were the all over the boards on the ice. Clearly blinded by the moment.

i usually take in 15-20 aus games a year as i find its the best entertaining hockey around...hard hitting, fast and skilled.....but all in all it was bound to happen as X is probably the greasiest team in the league...lots of guys who were non physical in major junior can now be tough guys in the league with no fighting with the exception of Hoyles and Cormier who have always been tough...Peedle showed his classlessness with some of the comments to Acadia's asst coach...anyways could be the last game of the year for a couple players and coaches if the AUS gets it right...great video job so they will have lots to look at

I wonder what that was and to whom it was intended. In situations like this, it reminds me how dumb the idea was to have both benches on the same side. There isn’t nearly as much bralwling and altercations as 15-20 years ago, but a lot of it seem to get started in line changes with the doors close together. I prefered rinks with benches on opposite sides.
