This stuff is great to see. More and more older folks are getting smartphones and they'll listen to a podcast if they can figure out how to find it....and this is already a delivery model the younger people want. So I see a lot of positives in spending a few hours a week to get say a 1 hour podcast out there to help promote your brand and your message.

So assuming Newcombe makes a 2nd half return what do the lines and pairing look like at full strength is it something like this? Squires - Burbidge - Patterson Newcombe - MacDonald - Houde Romeo - Roy - Fullerton Lavallée - Ricard - Aucoin Biggar - Schmitt Cibulka - Lavoie Daigle - Shortall I think you're pretty close. I'm really curious to see how Daigle responds to the 2nd half. He's playing for a job here now for next year. We know Biggar and Shortall are gone but Daigle hasn't played good enough to deserve a top 4 job and we have multiple kids all pushing for his 3rd pairing spot. Ice time in general on the D will be interesting to follow. How do you get Waugh and Desjardins in at all without injury? Or does a Daigle/Shortall rotate out every 2-3 games? Biggar's injury timeline will clearly effect that as well.

Campbell on the 4th line has some upside as well. This team has some real depth both up front and on the backend. I could see Newcombe really lighting a fire under MacDonald and getting him back to the form he was in earlier in the season. That is a pretty good looking D -Core. I fully expect Waugh will be reporting to Summerside at some point.

Interesting how 2 people view things differently, I have been impressed with Daigle this season and would have him ahead of both Biggar and Lavoie on his play YTD. Lavoie has the upside, Daigle has been very good though.

He's in a tough spot here with the guys ahead of him going to get more playing time due to their age or what it cost to bring them in. Has he played well enough that you're confident in him replacing Biggar going into next year? I can see Sly wanting a bigger impact from a 19yr old D in his top 4.

I have Daigle ranked as one of the top 18 year old D in the league this year, which would put him as one of the top 19's next season. Tourigny, Morin, MacKinnon, would be ahead of him. I have Daigle ahead of the next group of which includes, AFG, Beaudry, Coughlin, Rotondi, Martin.

Tomas Lavoie has been ranked 50th among North American Skaters in the 2024 NHL Draft Mid-term Ranking and Jakub Milota was ranked 12th among North American Goaltenders, Congratulations to both and keep up the good work.
