Savard should be given credit for acquiring Gelinas and people have done that. I've even said in another post that it was a good pick up and that someone did their homework when they were scouting him.

If you had taken the same amount of time that it took to dig out a post that I had made almost 4 months ago, and try to find examples of people giving credit, you would have realized that people do give credit where credit is due.

What part of that post was I shitting on someone? I was just speculating why Savard would be acquiring another goalie at the time, reasons which Krang had already explained to you earlier today.

Did I say that Savard shouldn't have made that trade? No.
Did I say anything negative about anybody in that post. No.
Did I say anything negative about the trade? No.

So I don't know where you get the idea that I was shitting on someone as I was just discussing/guessing the possibilities as to why that trade was made. Isn't this is a message board where people do discuss topics and give their opinions on hockey? If anyone was "quick to "shit" on certain individuals", it was you by trying to use a poor example of someone being critical when in fact they weren't even being negative or critical at all.

I wasn't referring to you or this thread specifically, I just happened to notice how much positive attention Gelinas was getting(and rightly so) and how resistant some people are to anything positive towards Rocket management. I was speaking in general terms and not at specific people or posts.
