At this point I think there is much worse issues to deal about then just Swit...get the top guys to score, work on the PP as it plain and simple sucks worse then other years, play like a team, last time I checked it was a team sport but for some reason a few guys don't feel as if they need to play as a team! Is there a few swolen heads from attending some NHL camps this season???

Thats surprising given you have a playmaker like Morrison (always huge for a good PP) and guys like Latal, Doyle and Walker to throw out there. Obviously, the offense from the point man is missing. Hopefully for us all, Halifax will kill them Saturday night, and a change will be made.

It is somewhat surprising given how much top end talent we have but when you watch how it's set up it's surprising they've even scored 3 times Very sloppy transition, no tape to tape passes, Morrison misused on the point, and no offensive dman to QBack it... definitely an area that needs improvement.... would that be a coaching thing?

wow, everybody on this board only wants to cheer for a winning team. I don't think it's a case of everyone wanting to only cheer for a winning team. Fans are frustrated by the lack of consistency on the ice. This team has my full support behind them - win or lose - but when you attend a game where the effort isn't put forth in a convincing manner you get frustrated. If the Rocket come out on Friday and try hard and make the passes and play as a team AND do it consistently I will be pleased with the effort - win or lose.

You have to be kidding - you know better than that! The crowd will do nothing, and say nothing....as always. After all, it is The Morgue! You're right but the time has come. I'll stop at Source for Sports today and buy a new Rocket Jersey to show my overall faith in the team but as a sign of protest I will wear it inside out on Friday and I challenge all you other posters who want action to put the jersey on inside out Friday night. Program at the Game ...... $2.00 Moose Light ....................$4.50 plus a generous Tip Fifty - Fifty Tickets ........ $5.00 New Jersey ................... $114.47 after 10% Rocket Card Discount Better Coaching ............. $ Priceless For everything else there's Mastercard See You at the Rink, I'll be the guy with the Jersey inside out.

wow, everybody on this board only wants to cheer for a winning team. It would be nice to be able to cheer for a winning team for sure, but that ain't possible yet. Most of us on this board have been going to the games since pretty much day one or shortly thereafter....we've been cheering both at home and on road trips, sitting through some pretty terrible beats and continuing to go to the games, so don't assume that we are only fans when they are winning....if that was the case, then none of us on the board would bother going to the games with the state of the team at this time and those who buy season tickets wouldn't bother and those that travel to see the team would just stay home...I haven't seen them win on the road since Oct 2004 (?)I do believe....and i have been on quite a few trips, but i continue to go, continue to watch..... kinda of a silly statement u made really, of course we want to cheer for a winning team, but right now we just want the team to get fixed.

wow, everybody on this board only wants to cheer for a winning team. When they start playing like a team then we will have a reason to cheer. Hard to cheer for 2 players on the same team standing shoulder to shoulder in the neutral zone looking for a pass.

Not enough to sit back and do nothing. If your not happy about the effort we are not seeing, then speak out, use the newspaper...they will print it. Or better yet start a petition at the CCC. People will sign it.
Not showing up...will only affect the boys. They are not the problem. Look at the coach and management. That is where the fix is required.
I also like wearing the Rocket jersey inside out. Don't forget the french newspaper La Voix Acadiene. They to can share concerns over this team.

I respect everyones right to have an opinion, and also to express an opinion. I also feel that just because I bought two season tickets doesn't give me the right to demand how the team operates and what decisions are made by the the owners or people that have been put in charge by the owners. I have every confidence that the owners , management and players are trying hard to bring things together and win every game. Instead of holding up demoralizing signs that say FIRE JEAN I would like to see everyone holding up signs that say GO ROCKET. I, and I am sure there are many others, very much appreciate the effort put out by the owners, management and especially the players. Each year that the Rocket are here I will continue to support Mr. Savard, Mr. Jean and all of the Rocket players.

NO more whining. Lets go to the game like we all intend to do and cheer the guys on. If you want to look like some punk boy band member !!!!!!! then go ahead and wear your jersey inside out. I suspect you will spend more time explaiing your fashion statement and why you are wearing the jersey inside out then you will spend watching the game. Time to move on. Lets start a new thread.
