I like Lessard and I think he works hard, but honestly, he's looked terrible on the ice this year, as have most of the other defencemen.
Not sure how much demand there'll be for him, or what we could get in return.
Besides, we already have what - nine 16- or 17-year-olds?
Do we really want more?

I'd add Lachaine to your list as well I wouldn't mind if Lachaine was traded, but he's a player that I see being kept here.... |

Lessard is an experienced dman who can provide leadership, play in any teams top 3, specialty teams and is likely to be back next year for a team to keep or trade him and acquire some assets back
He would have tremendous trade value around the league
and no we would obviously rather 18 year olds .. but a top notch 16-17 year old would be fine too.. forwards only tho

Great thread. I enjoyed reading most of the posts and appreciate the time that many of you put into them. It is really nice to log back on after a few days away and see this. I had found the discussion starting to dwindle and interest seemed to be fading on the board.
Hopefully the level of play in coming days will pick up to match the spirit of discussion on here.
