I wonder if Tessier would play? He's doing good in the minors, 35 points 25 games. He just never seemed to pan out for the Q so far. I think he is 7th on his team in scoring though well then, they're having a pretty good year I'm assuming lol

I'm hearing that player is Julien Tessier. Pretty lame return as per usual. told yas it wouldnt be the haul you expected but look at the bright side.... you got the Klimas for free and turned them into something tangible in a rebuild..... so there's that But that said, it makes very little sense to make this move one week before the deadline ... if you are going to move a guy early, it better be for a too good to refuse package ... otherwise let the bidders sweat a bit and see who sweetens the pot as it gets closer to the deadline ...

My thoughts exactly. Why make an early deal that isn't a great one?

Would the Klimas sit this weekend while they wait for the trade period to open? Think Donaghey.

I assume he has queried all of the buyers and knows where he stands with the Klimas. Better to make the move early on rather than wait too long while all of the 1sts are getting dealt. The deal is not done yet. You have been around long enough to know that the rumours often aren't correct until we get into the trade period.

Was Tessier still sick this year? If he could ever get fully healthy he could put it together in Moncton.

Two GMs are not gonna come back on their word from now to Sunday because you don't have the details.

You know its a bad deal because Chi could trade the two Klimas in their 20 year season for the same or more.

The deal is not done until registered with the Q during the trade period. Until we hear it announced by one or both teams ... no deal.

You know its a bad deal because Chi could trade the two Klimas in their 20 year season for the same or more. Highly doubtful The fact they apparently need to be packaged together and one is not that good deflates their actual value Even more so when they are twenty and would be taking two thirds of the slots up

In any case, the Wildcats do not need the Klimas till next Sunday as the FORCE is with them(Neil Hodge)...

Kevin was undoubtedly the better player last year but Kelly has been better this year.
