I figure Daoust would need to be moved to get into the first round (assuming they don’t trade picks to move up). If they really wanted a 1st they would have not made the deal with BBA. Given the landscape this year, I would rather have a pile of top 10 picks than 2 1sts. |

Given the landscape this year, I would rather have a pile of top 10 picks than 2 1sts. I think the BBA deal was really good, they couldn't pass it up. Ritchie said depending on what happens in the 13-15 range, they'll make an offer for Bathurst's 16th overall pick because they're targeting a specific player |

My uneducated guess is Gendron. I wouldn’t be happy with taking Gendron at 16. Without looking (LOL - watch it turn out to be last year!!), when was the last time the Cats picked a local kid high in the draft? They don't tend to value drafting local as much as some teams do. |
