This would be huge news. Could also be the reason they are putting Miromanov on D for now

Translated from the AN
“The news is also very positive in the case of Russian striker Alex Khovanov.
The second pick in the last European CHL repechage seems to have conquered the disease (hepatitis). He is also back on skates.
'The signs are promising,' says Shannon. The tests are positive and we hope to make an official announcement within a week or two in his case. '
Some sources near the team even speak of a few days.”

I see that Khovanov liked the Wildcats recent posts about Miromanov on Instagram. It doesn't mean anything but the odds look a bit better for him to show.

I really believe he will show up with you guys in the next month or so, there's some signs and it would be nice to see him in the Q. He would really make your team strong for the stretch this year and definitely the next.

From what I heard he will come as long as he gets a clean bill of health. Would be a big boost for the franchise long term...if they can keep him the next 2 years.

Such information is only acceptable in the form of a ambiguous tweet or instagram pic. His instagram story shows he's at the bruins game Irving has likely paid his way to some Boston Medical Facility.

His instagram story shows he's at the bruins game Irving has likely paid his way to some Boston Medical Facility. It was also possibly through his agent(s).

His instagram story shows he's at the bruins game Irving has likely paid his way to some Boston Medical Facility. I am a little confused (which isn’t all that hard for me ). If somebody, no matter who, is going through that expense well then there must be some concerns on the Russian kid’s health and more to the point if Irving is the payee then the WC Mgt really wants him.

Irving has likely paid his way to some Boston Medical Facility. I am a little confused (which isn’t all that hard for me ). If somebody, no matter who, is going through that expense well then there must be come concerns on the Russian kid’s health and more to the point if Irving is the payee then the WC Mgt really wants him. I think we want him on our roster asap so that AHL/ECHL is no longer an option for next year. Also, if Irving does that type of gesture for a kid he doesn't know, it probably tells his parents that their child will be well cared for while here, and set their minds at ease. If it was my kid, and say he was going to Russia to play for a year, but is just getting over a serious illness, I'd want to be 100% sure that he will get the care that he needs while he is away. It would be very tough to convince me that he'd get better than he could get at home (even though NB healthcare is poor ... but it is all we know) ... and that somebody there would care for him (billets) like his parents would.
