Why didnt you guys unload MacDonald? he is a minus factory 1-because most of the team is in minus...they are -25 overall 2-for a 17 year old scorer, not being great defensively is not a huge concern, just something to work on. 3-what the hell does this have to do with Khovanov?

Any Moncton posters hearing anything on his recent status. Heard he took a hard hit towards the end of the game against Cape Breton and left holding his arm/hand/wrist? He did not come back in the game after going down in the 3rd period and it did look like it was a wrist that he was holding. Hodge (T & T) has said nothing about it. We will find out Friday at the latest if there is a problem.

I think there was only a couple of minutes left in the game when it happened, he came off the ice and went to the room with Graham Black and did not return, though the game was basically over at that point, so not a shock he didn't come back.

Yes, it was very near the end of the game-3 or 4 minutes left He got lined up and he was really crunched into the boards. I think his arm was lined up with the dasher board when he was hit. I would not be surprised in the least if he was injured-it was a very solid and very heavy hit. . It didn't look good when it happened, and it didn't sound good either.

Why didnt you guys unload MacDonald? he is a minus factory Because, as scotiahockey has mentioned on this board, plus/minus is a meaningless stat.

For the most part when they are on the ice they are in the opponents end, which is a big reason why McKenna looks he could potentially double his shot totals from last season. He's had multiple 10+ shot games. The entire line is defensively responsible and Pelletier does not take a shift off. He bails our our Dmen's poor decision making on many nights as being the first player back. He's like Christian Gaudet with high end skill. We have a pretty good group of forwards who do great work on the PK but i'd love to see how dangerous him & Mckenna could be together on a PK unit especially next season. McKenna creates shorthanded chances on a nightly basis.

I expect that next season we will see either Sylvestre or McKenna wear the C, with Pelletier/Aspirot/Cyr with the A's. I honestly dont care too much who wears the letters especially if the players are voting on it anyway..but I would not question it if Pelletier wore the C next season despite his age. Certainly a captain to be proud of.

He has not exactly lit it up so far at the Five Nations U18...2 games and no points. Russia has scored 13 goals in 2 games.

How bout he's got an 8 game point streak in the Q and has really taken a nice step from his first 5-10 games. As expected. I prefer that sample size.

When I saw the 13 goals and heard he was playing with Svechnikov I was expecting that he would have 3-4 points so far. I agree he has been good the last few weeks. Don't think we will se him go 1st round but with a strong finish he could go as high as early to mid 2nd.

He could end up going in the 1st round if there’s a team with multiple picks in the top 31. Just look at Boston in 2015. Bruins had 13th, 14th and 15th overall. They took Zboril, DeBrusk and Senyshyn.
