Must have been quite the announcement since there has been no reference to it any where. May be its they finally got their Pop Corn maker replaced..... pop..pop...pop!!! |

Before announcing a Memorial Cup bid they need to announce that they have a lease agreement but that can be done at the same time.

Would they really call a press conference to just say they signed a lease though? It doesn't seem worth the time or exciting enough to have a press conference about. Like you said though it may be both. |

Unless ... the conference is to announce a new agreement couldn't be reached ... and they'll be playing out of the Coliseum for 10 more years. All trade shows will move to the Events Center |

If it's a new building, they probably would...not if they were re-signing at the Coliseum... Unless ... the conference is to announce a new agreement couldn't be reached ... and they'll be playing out of the Coliseum for 10 more years. All trade shows will move to the Events Center Never know, I mean one would think Irving would want an agreement in place soonest so he can set prices for admission and STH annual fees , also ONEX Co bought out SMG Holdings so who knows what is going down. |
