Hodge is saying Gaudreault was released, along with Harrison OPray, Sam Dickner, Chris Murphy and Eliot Bergbauer. That’s definetly surprising then VERY. MacDonald hasn't performed well enough to earn the back-up role. Stephane Paquette posted an article this morning saying Lavallee wouldn't be a part of the team this season. Tristan Gray has already reported to Campbellton. Apparently there will be an announcement tomorrow according to a source. |

I heard they were allowed two twenty year old goalies this year, zero idea if it’s true at all so maybe if it is then they’ll just run with leclerc/grametbauer till Christmas and evaluate where lavalee is at that point? Who knows. The game Wednesday as much as they were left hung out to dry, macdonald just looked too slow. |

You could always have 2 20G, but you only get 3 OA total Yeah I know but I meant like being able to dress 4 but I don’t think that was right so it makes cutting gaudreault even more confusing |

If Lavallee is the second best goalie in camp, and it sounds like he has been, then you keep him on your team. Give him 20-25 games. The team is not contending this year so there should be no issue in doing that. The indication heading into the draft was that he had a very good chance of being in the Q this season. |

Well paquette released an article the other day stating he wouldn’t be in the league this year but I mean if they decided that they’d be keeping him then there’s no need for a trade. |

So, from now until then, 7 players will either be released, traded or put on waivers. Trade deadline is tomorrow at 1PM. 19 year olds who aren't offered a contract by Tuesday will be available on waivers starting Wednesday.
