that deal makes up for the last one... now Stairs can fail in the top 6 and just be a 2nd PP guy and a vet in the bottom six who occasionally does something
gidddy up
however the Sea Dogs have totally changed their team and could potentially be very scary but thats ok..... just gotta find a way to get 2nd if they become the force they could and still land a mem cup appearance haha

Zac Roy deal likely has futures attached.... and that's quite fine. We likely recoup some picks.... we speculate that also could be the case in the Biakbatuka deal.
I like the Saye deal as well. He's hard nosed guy who can chip in some offense as well. Nice to pick up some forward depth.

This Owen Saye kid acquired from Shawinigan for a 9th actually has decent numbers.. I agree…very low risk move that could potentially stay as a veteran OA when we sell off the rest of them. Our 4th line was extremely inexperienced heading into the break, so I love this move…although I’ve never even heard of the kid before. |

I wouldn't worry at all about the lack of draft picks - you guys have a ton of 2002s that you can start flipping at the draft to replenish the picks cupboard.
