OK.....same story as after the first period. We are dominating in shots but Shawinigan has kept the score to within one. That is what they are aiming to to and then will look to pounce when opportunity arises.
We need to play a simple, mistake free, defence first period. If we take care of our own end and do not make mistakes... the chances will come and we can get the 4-2 marker. But everybody has to be snapping tight this period.

Brabenec is playing great.
Frankie plays better when he sees more rubber.
Biggest period of the year coming up.
As CB stated, play hard, smart, and continue to pepper Coulombe with shots.
So glad to see Guay get on the board. We need him back scoring to get back into this series. His 2 tonight should boost his confidence.
Let's go Isles.....keep the foot on the pedal.

As much as the shots are big differential, the dangerous shots are only 11-9, need to find a way to create more high danger chances

Big Massicotte is a shut down defender for the Cataractes….but he does not handle the puck overly well.
They have to keep forcing him to handle the puck.

What happened to the best top 4 in the league? Bourque and Bourgault have burned them all series. I know Plandowski is banged up but they need to be better and so does Lapenna

I never knew before this telecast tonight that the score had to be tied for an announcer to feel, "Now we have a hockey game!" I heard that said twice tonight unfortunately.
