3-2 Isles after two periods. FFS, please stay out of the box! Their Pk has been very good.....but Shaw did get one late on the 4min call. Come out strong in the final frame......would be nice to jump ahead by a couple more goals. I feel that Shaw is bending......but we need to step on them and crack that team. They look exhausted. Even the one power play goal was almost killed, just took an unfortunate bounce |

And then keep your nose clean. Last thing Charlottetown needs is one of those plays where one of their players gets suspended for game 6, or 7 or both. If Shawinigan can get a key Islander player out for next game.
QMJHL history is dotted with examples of guys getting suspended at the worst times.

Game has for sure changed momentum wise since the goalie change, the pps helped but need to stop sitting back

Charlottetown hasn't scored now in 1/2 a game. Hasn't been any penalties lately.
Awaiting a puck over the glass call to award the next penalty.
Advice for Isles. Don't let Shawinigan play behind the icing line. Their best chances have formed with players down there.
I never like the long change in 1st OT. And you won't get another game with their best D man not playing. A shame if they can't win this one.

If it was meant to be. This game would be already over right now. There are several reasons Charlottetown should have won this already. That they haven't is concerning. Momentum from last game. Suspended best D on other team. Chased the goalie in the 2nd.
Still in doubt.
There is no historical confidence to fall back on herd for the Isles. Game 2 and 3 and the playoff OT records do not inspire confidence.
I am holding onto one sliver of hope. The big save by Laauon in the 3rd. Did that matter.
