I would agree. There are a few D still at camp that are better and younger.

I would agree. There are a few D still at camp that are better and younger. He'd be our 3rd RD imo, but nearly everyone left can play RD. I'd rather see Bilodeau and Richard playing nearly every night. |

The way Cosman left the ice felt like he knew he was cut. Took a couple extra seconds and gave a look around as if it was his last time.

Looks like he should help. How many more cuts are left until the roster is posted? Technically, only CEGEP and 19/20s were required to be cut by Saturday. The rest would only have to be cut when the actual roster is due. Waivers should come into effect today or tomorrow |

Looks like he should help. How many more cuts are left until the roster is posted? The team implied that cuts would come later this week in the article in the TJ. The release of Cosman and trade of Brideau leaves us at 26 if my count is right. We could have as many as 25 which would be 2 cuts (since we know we are adding one). Up front, we have only 12 healthy bodies to start the season (I'd like one more forward). In nets, it's a question of whether to keep Robinson and Monaco or just one. On D, that's where the cuts are needed. We could roll with 7 or 8 and after the first six, you could make cases for any of the other guys (or even a waiver claim). |

Yes I think there are a few more players to be trimmed. Who would be your top 6 D and top 6 F D is easy imo. Ianniello, Gauthier, Bilodeau, Mann, Tivey, Richard should be it. FW are harder. Simek, Mateiko, Reynolds and Reinhart are locks. With the way Bellemare played in camp, I think a top 9 makes more sense, but we need someone to step up and complete the 9 Simek - Reynolds - Reinhart X - Mateiko - Benoit Beveridge - Elie - Bellemare Or something like that |

I agree up front F Simek- Reynolds-Elie Mateiko- Beveridge-Reinhart Akkouche-Bellemare-Pierre-Noel D D Bilodeau - Gauthier Ianniello- Mann Tivey- Maclean/Dassylva Dassylva I like his game he has lots of upside Richard I have not seen play but have heard he needs work in his skating Amyott I think needs to get bigger. He would benefit with time in U18 F Simek- Reynolds-Elie Mateiko- Beveridge-Reinhart Akkouche-Bellemare D Bilodeau - Gauthier Ianniello- Mann Tivey- Amyott Yes I think there are a few more players to be trimmed.
