Would 100% be on board with this If this was the plan, not sure why they wouldn’t have just kept Shingarov? The hope would be to find better now. The difference between Shingarov and Brideau wasn't enough that using an OA slot on Shingarov made sense. |

I am curious with the teams line up. Adding Mann to the team makes the D built more for a team a team making a run. If you look at goaltending it’s not built for a run. Upfront is the top 6 good enough to compete. The bottom 6 what is needed there? SJ's FW are missing top end. We dont have an elite first line unless guys take big jumps. We are also hoping for big leaps from a lot of guys. Our bottom 6 will actually be good once Thifault and Laforge are back. The D is very strong for where we are in the cycle. I like Brideau and if we could find a 1A, we could be a good defensive team this year. The |

I think they should move 1 or 2 older D and try and get a forward that will help in the top 6. What kind of return would they get for a 20yr D?

I went to the game last night and was impressed with a few players, Beveridge is a good playmaker as well as Belleamare. On D I thought Cosman was by far the best out there last night, moved the puck well and was engaged with his teammates.
