We could see a couple lineup changes tonight.
Grenier was hurt on the Marshall Lessard major. Hackett will slot in.
Also, it's possible Filion starts. Steinman was hurt on the 3rd Baie-Comeau goal last night.

First call against Barbashev was terrible and led to BC scoring on the PP. I guess hard checks are a roughing penalty now. I think it's because he led with his arms out. If he went shoulder first he'd probably have been alright. Barbashev was a beast all night. Where was this guy all season? I thought Gabe Smith looked real good as well. I was really not impressed with him most of the year but he's one of the few guys they have who has the size to not get absolutely murdered in front of the net. He is more than holding his own.

You can see he has good vision but can't make all the best plays yet because hes still trying to keep up with the speed at this level. You never doubt his physicality and effort out there.

I can 100% relate to this statement ๐ Of course it wouldn't be playoffs without a dramatic Mat Hicks penalty call (I assume it was his call on the major).

Does anyone know why it was a 2-3-2 format? I thought from talking with a friend that it had to be 700 kms between the cities there is not 700Kkms between Moncton and Bai-Comeau? just curious.

I am watching the game. Are these teams just evenly matched or what? Entertaining. I thought it was over when they scored on the 4 minute PP. Looks like BC is quite the dirty team after the whistle. Let's go Wildcats, I want to see u in Halifax Friday night.
