Not looking to start rumours or speculation, it's simply a question. IF it was relocation, would they do a press conference in Bathurst with the mayor and commissioner, or would that be handled differently? And given rumours going on for years and the attendance the last while, I think it is a fair question to ask. Mayor and commissioner means its a positive. Those people don't show up to tell people bad things. Relocation wouldn't be done with a smile from the commissioner and shaking hands with the mayor. It may not be announced until the season is over in most cases. That's what I thought, I just wasn't 100% sure.

Who owns the Titans ? Could it be a New Owner ? Titan is owned by a combination of about 30 people. Some of these people a couple of years ago wanted to sell/back out and get their investments back, I'm not entirely sure if they're still with the team. but as someone said the city taking over ownership could be a possibility. If I'm not mistaken there's another team or 2 in the league owned by their respective city? Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

The league already rejected a sale to a Quebec based company and relocation. So I really don't think that's what this is about.
The mayor of Bathurst last year also mentioned the team would be around for a minimum of a few more years after this one so it doesn't seem likely. Plus the city has already pitched in funds to help the team stay here.

I believe it’s been down to around 10 owners or less for a couple years now.

Two press conferences though, I believe someone said Saint John is having one too. Could it maybe be some sort of revival of an event like the Canada/Russia series (but with a different opponent)?

Tomorrow the #Titan of Ac. Bathurst will announce that the team is for sale. We want to find local investors, reassure the fans that we will do everything to keep the club in place. It should be clarified that businessman Steve Leal is no longer in the acquisition process.

Being Leroux I would take it with a grain of salt. He's wrong as often as he is right.

The city of Baie-Comeau owns the Drakkar. I don't think there is another team with this business model.

someone mentioned Isadore Asphalt (I believe is the company name) would be potential buyers for the team? Not sure how true it is or if it'll happen but apparently if they do then they plan to stay here for good. Heard this through the grapevine.

announced today in the press conference that if the team is sold one of the conditions team is to stay in Bathurst so that is great news, now hopefully more fans can be brought in.
