Tough for Chartrand and Rozzi to not show, wouldnt surprise me if Yared is a no show aswell.

Saint John has added Matthew Ferdinand (https://www.eliteprospects.com/player/811031/matthew-ferdinand) to their preseason roster.
Former CB 8th rounder last year who left to preserve NCAA eligibility and who is from Freddy.

Simek does not show on that pre season roster. Why may that be? Also, how many players get invited to training camp?

For example, Moncton’s euro (Glas) was removed from their roster last week (if not earlier) because Moncton is expecting to bring in 2 new guys this year. I’m betting more on the website issue, but maybe SJ plans to go with a new guy and Mateiko and wanted to give him a shot to be picked elsewhere next week in the euro draft. |

If you find him on another page (like the playoff roster) and click on him, you will see that he is listed as being part of the preseason roster. |

Simek is good - not at Mateiko’s level but a good Euro nonetheless. I can’t imagine they’d just release him.

The team will need him for some veteran presence up front. The young forwards that are good will need someone to work with. This could be a very long year if he is gone and the two 1st rounders don’t report and we trade Matenko and one of the 20yr old D

Karolis Janulis - he appears to be Matas's brother and took part in the New England Young Guns game for NCDC.
