Can Moncton & Halifax play in the toilet bowl? I don’t even think we’d beat Halifax, getting outshot 38-27 in what’s basically a must win game is pathetic. If steinman had even an average series, they’d of gotten blown out every game |

Chicoutimi has been one of the best teams in the league since February (16-3-1). They beat Baie-Comeau twice at the end of the season. They were a tough first round matchup.

Sorry for being rude, but that was some braindead coaching. Let's triple the icetime of a 8th round pick that played ok at best since the beginning of the serie (nothing against the kid, just facts) and lets give our 6th overall star in the making 3 shifts a period...That is some next level player development folks. Lacroix didn't coach to win that's for sure and he had it comin'. Ultimately that's what you get when multiples players are not in the right chair all year long... |

You give lacroix a roster like BC has and there probably still in this situation and before you say it, Irving has final say on firing lacroix and I’ve heard he just didn’t want to pay someone to not actually be employed |

Don't usually comment on this page but honestly just show up for game 1 and 2 and see what happens, no need to be so negative lol. I have the cats in 7. Should be a good series regardless of the outcome. It's only junior hockey, literally anything can happen. Not to mention next year is gonna be that much better. Go cats go Are we allowed to be negative now? I think the word you were looking for is realistic. |

I know I sleep better at night knowing that poor, struggling Robert Irving was able to save a few bucks by flushing this season down the toilet and sticking with a coaching situation that hasn't been working for over a year. Meanwhile all the super rich, well off fans continued to buy tickets to support Mr Irving despite his refusal to do what needed to be done to have the best product possible on the ice. Very heartwarming stuff.

Meanwhile all the super rich, well off fans continued to buy tickets to support Mr Irving despite his refusal to do what needed to be done to have the best product possible on the ice. Very heartwarming stuff. My guess is, after the season Lacroix heads to Europe and RKI looks for a big name coach. |

I’m not saying this was a championship team by any means but a run to the third round was a decent possibility. Why would an owner who supposedly “wants to win” do nothing when it was clearly obvious there was a fixable problem? Better be one hell of a coaching hire to make up for this season. |
