Definitely not sounding like a successful draft at all, in what should've been a success. How do you pick 10th overall and potentially end up with nobody reporting?
I'm very iffy on this rebuild. It's been two seasons with basically 0 progress made.

It’ll be a looooong rebuild. Be prepared.

Hmmmmm……
Under the soon to be outdated NCAA rules, I don’t think Radivojevic is eligible due to having played professional hockey in Sweden.
Now that he’s in North America, maybe he is a little closer to arriving here? For strengthening his NHL draft position, is he better in the USHL or the QMJHL?

I'm a little surprised by this move....and I'm sure Hulton is too. Was he ever asked about it since this move took place?
Still, you have to believe that Jim will do what he can to add him to the roster next season....perhaps the NHL team that drafts him will suggest he comes here....
2pts in 2gp so far for him.

The kid was born in Minnesota when his dad was playing there. They were only in the US a couple of more years, then to Russia, and finally back to Slovakia.
But he probably is eligible for an American passport due to being born in the US. A USHL team probably has an easier time bringing him over, not to mention that more USHL players has more players picked in the first round of the NHL draft than the Q does.

So, realistically, do we think he’ll ever suit up for us? I know that’s the question of the hour….looking for some opinions on it.

I found this little tidbit on the USHL website: The USHL includes the USNTDP U18 team in their league. When you have an elite team 16 and 17 year olds playing in your league, it skews the numbers in my opinion. While most teams in the USHL and the CHL carry some 17 year old players, the USNTDP had 20 on their roster last year, 13 whom were drafted to the NHL. That's where the numbers get a bit skewed. Not taking anything away from the league itself. In fact I've been saying for a long time now that the USHL champ should be invited to participate in the Memorial Cup. Here's a breakdown of the last 10 years of NHL draft picks. The first table are first round picks by league since 2015. The second is total picks by league for the same period.
