Me, I hope that Bartos arrives, ready to play, as a TITAN, because no team can give up on an 80 point player(as an 18 year old) with one years experience under his belt with a "too early drafted player" like Perreault. It is a wish of non Titan fans that Bartos does not play.....hope and wish.

I didn't just post it it's a quote from your GM which I posted in the other Batos thread but I took just a piece of that to put in this thread so everyone doesn't need to read something I already posted. Here ya go proof is in the pudding ;D

That really was too easy and also demonstrates that a guy should not step into a dark room without a candle because he could easily still be in the DARK.

So then you agree with my original post in this thread ... a guy that is not returning the many calls and emails from the team and players ... is obviously a problem child.

Your GM has told us that they have tried to contact him several ways and he has not responded to any attempts. Did he lie to us ? He is better off to stay quiet about it rather than lie to us .... I think he should be fired for his decpetion.

I hesitate to call Bartos a problem child. He's really not causing any problems for anyone. Couturier isn't even concerned about it anymore. And why should he be? Bartos clearly has no desire to play here this season.

This actually happened to a friend of mine this year. One of his top draft picks just stopped showing up. He didn't try to hound him figuring he had his reasons. About 6 weeks later he finally stopped by with the news of cancer. He died this summer. Ya never know what's really going on.

My opinion of it would be that "if" the Titan knew what was up, they would have made up some visa problem stuff to the paper or something like that, instead of saying that he just isn't responding to them.........If they do know where he is or what is going on, they are making him look bad by saying that to the paper........He is a huge loss to the team and I hope he shows up with good reason and gets this resolved quickly.

Bartos is a big part of this team. I too hope he gets back here ready to play.

Everybody here who is badmouthing him without knowing why he is not here is pretty ignorant IMO.

Live to regret...Why is that...If Bartos comes back, what is he going to do, read the boards, hunt the posters down and smash their kneecaps.

Quite frankly, I don't care if it was Sidney Crosby, if he dosen't have the decency to call, email, text, send smoke signals to anyone on the team or management, then I wouldn't want him on my team.

I would love for him to show up days before the opening of the season eating his candy bars just so they could tell him, "Sorry, you lost your spot on this team"
