Next season will be better their fans are remaining optimistic; mid-pack and playoff worthy the last two seasons have been bad due to all we had to give away for Brad Marchand!!!

Too bad when looking at the scoresheet Bathurst should be embarassed with how many fans were there. Great hockey to watch and too bad for those who missed it.... In case you are interested there was 9,464 more paid attendance at our last home game then there was in Bathurst tonight. We will be fine.....you will be watching Junior A

Better than on vacation with a big 32 points in 2 days from now.....embarassingly lower by 14 points over last season. Sad that you are you so insecure with yourself, team and organization that you poke fun of anothers lacklustre season to make yourself feel better.

chsb is still blowing his horse-shit I see ! Keep the bull going for this year, because by the look of your so called attendance figures that franchise will not be in your town for much longer. What will you call your new Junior ''A'' team anyway ?

I'm just wondering where Bathurst's forecast third best defence , at least forecast by CHSB, in the division went this year? Geez Bathurst could still give up more goals than the Mooseheads did this year.... and that is with us dressing numerous 17 year olds and a couple 16 year olds at times and , of course, Bathurst had the great Champion for half the year. But we all know that CHSB is a troll, he has just the one board that he can come on here to do it on! If it weren't for our last GM's stupidity Bathurst wouldn't have made the playoffs the last two years and we all know it.

Why should our fans care to watch the Moose get pummelled when 6,000 less fans care to watch the Titan beat you 7 times this season? Obviously your fans went to watch Kabanov,Deschamps,Gormley, Riopel, etc.... ;D

Why is everyone so quick to jump on chsb? All he said was the Moose were outclassed. That translates to - The Moose were out played, and the shots do seem to indicate that (Me thinks some people took the outclassed statement literally and not how it translates). The Moose are just playing out the season...which is expected.
Secondly, after the last Bathurst loss chsb came and talked about how hard working the Moose team was in that defeat and they didn't give up. No one jumped on him then calling him a troll, so I am confused on the outburst this time.
Does chsb like pissing matches? Yes. But I am confused on why so many Moose posters started one with him, when all he stated were the facts. Based on the shots the Moose were outplayed by Bathurst.

The Titan finished ahead of your guys the last two years and very convincingly this season....they stand in 14th place right now. Don't you think that the Titan did not play rookies this season like the Moose did? Last night in the lineup, we had 3 of 16 YO,5 of 17YO,6 of 18YO and we had 2 of 17YO in the stands and we would have had Steeves as a backup goalie(16YO) if it hadn't been for his leg injury at the Atlantic U-17...... So I fail to see how the two teams do not compare on youth movement.

EDIT- Halifax has let in 1 more goal than Bathurst after 66 games and I wasn't talking about youth movement, I was bringing up your claim from earlier in the year that Bathurst's defence was MUCH BETTER than Halifax's...... the stats don't really show that now do they?

Earlier this season, the Titan had both Blanchard and Renaud in the lineup and yes at that time they had a better D than the Mooseheads....we were 12 goals against less than the Moose after 40 games. What changed since for your team was the Delmas trade which greatly improved your goaltending. So it is a combination of both which made the Titan more vulnerable defensively.....although they play much better that way lately. The PK is the area which needed to be addressed.

So the two teams are very even in the GAA department... but Bathurst had Renaud, Blanchard and Champion for 1/2 the season, while we have played many games with the 16/17/18 year olds getting heavy workloads, especially during injury periods where it seemed like 5 of 6 D were 16 or 17. Delmas has been good, but Corbeil was also good for much of the season. For some reason though, Bathurst seems to have our number even though they are far from a top team. It happens. We go toe to toe with Moncton and SJ many games, but for some reason cant play well against Bathurst.

Yeah this year Bathurst is a better team than us. Thats the nature of the Q you have building years, and you have years you make a run. In years like this we have to take credit in we are one of the best Organizations in the Q. That is not really something up for debate. You take out Bathrurst and Pei(or any other team besides Quebec) and the Q would still survive. You take out the Remapart and Mooseheads, and the Q is nothing but a fancy Midget league. We are the not here to win every year we are here to be one of the most stable organization year after year. Even when the team suck we still do ok at the gates.

At the gates is about the only place for the Mooseheads where credit is due this season.....it has been a very harsh rebuilding for your team and the light is still not on at the end of the tunnel....the Titan did much worse at the gate, but better in their rebuilding.
