was wild too see in person, quite the goal.
Also Warren stood on his head and absolute won the cats this game...must've had about 15-20 dangerous chances.

Grenier has 11 pts in his last 10 games and finally showing why he was a key piece in the Daoust trade. His move to PP1 was the best decision Lacroix/Hepditch made all year.

Fifth most points in the Q for defencemen 18 and under. He seems to be on a Nathan Welton type of trajectory and I can definitely see him in the 55-65 point range next season.

Carrier with an awesome game tonight with the extra ice time from Loshing and Mueller given the boot
It stings to know the possibility of giving him up for the Cup run. I feel like he's simply just one year behind in our cycle (As in if he came in as a 16 YO last year instead of this year he would have had a much bigger developmental role and impact on the team), and as such I feel like he is the unfortunate pig to the slaughter when it comes to the business of the Junior hockey cycle
When it comes to the top 5 pro prospects on our team I would rate:
1.) Desnoyers 2.) Morin 3.) Carrier 4.) Smith 5.) Loshing/Lounsbury/AFG
**Disclaimer that I'm counting pro as AHL level, and am not including Mueller who is going pro in Swiss next year apparently

If Moncton decides to go all in next year , Carrier will be part of a big trade. If they decide to make some smaller tweeks then maybe he will stay for a run , which he will be a great contributor , beautiful stretch pass to Sumpf for the win !
Also anyone see Plandowski after he took the awkward hit/fall to the ice and was really favoring his arm/shoulder ? I didn't see him after he left the ice favoring that arm

Same as Auger. Loshing suspended 3 games for kneeing.

The worry is that Carrier is trade bait to go for it next year a la Raphael Bussieres(which netted Gabriel Bourque I think, which was a huge add). Also talk/rumours that he is already traded to Halifax in last Christmas’ pick swap with Halifax

History ... can you recall the last time the Cats emerged from a go for it year with their two top 17 year olds intact for the following season? Or even one of them?

Also talk/rumours that he is already traded to Halifax in last Christmas’ pick swap with Halifax The Cats used 2 1st Rounders to get Carrier so it wouldn't be very good asset management to turn around and trade him to Halifax along with 1st rounders they've already given them. Those are the kind of moves that set franchises back for seasons.

Those who think Carrier is going to Halifax must think Moncton is getting Cataford, Vidicek and MacKinnon.
Hate to break it to you, but that’s not happening.

I don't think he is going to Halifax at the draft - but I think there is a good chance he gets sacrificed either next Xmas, or as a future at the 2025 draft for a big splash next season.

The picks Halifax will want belong to Moncton from the deal before Christmas. Maybe I’m not understanding everyone’s concern here, but I’m pretty sure the plan is to flip back the Mooseheads 2016 1st, 2nd and 3rd for Vidicek. Even that sounds like a lot for just him considering there’s a strong possibility their 2026 1st is a lottery pick. Why in the world would Carrier have to be involved?
