Quebec are bigger, older and healthy. I think we've played them really well considering our very young defense core and the injuries on top of that. Who knows what could have been if we were truly healthy. Yea, I have a feeling Lawrence is playing hurt too right now. He wasn't on the ice nearly as much last night and was shaken up in game 3's OT loss. I think I saw Lawrence getting hurt in Game 3. He looked in pain (around his ribs) on the bench after he took a hit from Rochette.

Quebec is far from being Healthy.
Two third of the defence is wounded. Darcy, Savoie, Truchon and Komarov are all injured. You can see it by how they react to forecheck. They not playing bad but you can see they avoid contact. Darcy only made a couple of shift yesterday and none in game 3 dispite being dress. Truchon miss the 2 first game and Savoie din't play the last 2 game against Gatineau and Komarov is playing despite the injury he got from game 2. Quebec play with 4 defence for the last 2 game against gatineau and after Komarov injury and they play with 5 defence in game 3 and 4 because Darcy din't make a shift in game 3 and made 4 or 5 shift in game 4.
Agostino and Roy are also bang up.
Average weight of quebec is 184 and 183 for Hal. Quebec are not bigger but they are stronger because of age.

Well, if there's anything Moose fans can have hope in, Quebec carried 3-1 leads into game 5 in 2012 and 2019. Quebec is also 0-2 against Halifax in the playoffs lol.

Vidicek call was awful and I'm sticking with that, and I'm not the only one that thinks that. It's sickening how biased the league is; Maritime teams can't do anything it's a penalty but the Que team does it and gets away with it; I'm sticking if there was a ref at the back he should have called the slash. The more I watch the replay on the no goal call the madder I'm getting that was a good goal, even the broadcaster on RDS said so. (Oh well all the pressure is on them now, just have to play our game and force a Game Six), All I have to say is Langille/Labonte better never step foot in our rink again.
I'm still proud of them, they weren't even expected to go on a run next year since everyone thinks next year is our year not sure how when we lose Dumais possibly, Doucet and Lawrence for sure.

There may have been a time long ago where the Q was suspect in some of the things that were going on by officiating and the discipline Czar but I think for the most part those days are gone with all the games recorded. Does anyone remember the number of tapes that would be sent in back in the day during the playoffs to get a guy suspended because the ref missed a call? I think the on ice officials are overall better than before and the league office is more fair than it has been in the past. The Moosehads aren't being beat by a worse team, they are being beaten by a somewhat better team.

Nicolas Dutil, a Q referee, sent a message to Stéphane Leroux to explain even if Truchon touched the puck he has to have control of it for the hand pass call to be waived. It was the right call. Of course he did. Somebody tell Lalancette because he said the Q should have to answer for that call. Watching the video of one crappy angle. Is this the best video they have with all of these high tech camera's they have? Quebec running around having their way with cheap shots with no calls. Gaucher is a clown. Not sure they will be able to do that crap they get away with in the Memorial Cup. This will be one year I won't be cheering for the Q team. Gaucher would probably say he can’t hear you, he has his gold medals plugging his ears.

The Moosehads aren't being beat by a worse team, they are being beaten by a somewhat better team. Well said. It's 2 good teams but the gap is showing in terms of age and experience, that matters this deep into the playoffs. If you look at who the Mooseheads' best players have been, it's Doucet, Lawrence, L'Heureux... it's the older guys. Quebec has 12 forwards that are 19 or older and none that are 17 or younger. 5 defenseman of 19 or older, 2 at 18 and only 1 that's 17. Compare that to the Mooseheads- 6 forwards 19 or older, 5 17 or younger. 2 Defensemen 19 or older, 3 17 or younger (and they all play every game.) I joked earlier, but it's true this series isn't over yet. That said it's an uphill battle at this point.

The serie is not over, so it is not time for a POst mortem, but i think that the Moose are living what Quebec live last years. A very successfull young team that still in a learning process. I think that the moose are better than quebec was last years and see where it lead us this year. Whatever happen next, the Moose will be powerhouse next year.

Defensively the Mooseheads should be set for next season but not too sure offensively. Huge loses with Lawrence and Doucet. Do u think they change their style of play to be a more defensive team. Not sure.

Of course you think it's funny....you're a Moose fan. But the fact of the matter is that Rousseau intentionally stuck his arm and shoulder out to impede his progress. That's interference. If the other Rousseau does that, almost every Moose fan here would be screaming for an interference call. Since when have I been one to whine about calls? By the book it might be but, there's a lot of things that are interference by the book that aren't called, especially in the playoffs. Where did I say you were whining? I simply said that if that were the other way around, most Moose fans would be calling for an interference penalty.
