Jim said his expected return was Jan 6-7.. the Jan 7 game is the Hockey Day in PEI which should create a very good crowd..would be interesting

Listen... I get that you have a few goals in the show I get that your name is on the Cup because you practiced with the team I get that you tore up the AHL playoffs I get that it's not ideal to be relegated to the Q because of injury But when 2 8 year olds walk up to you in the hallway and no one else is around, they aren't asking you for an autograph... they are exited to see their hero and say "hi", you don't blow them off completely. That's an ass move. I'll still cheer for you I get our Presidents cup hopes test on your wonky shoulder I'll watch your highlight reel goals and tweet about he star you are. But have some class This isn't the first time you've pulled stunts like this. Sorry you had that experience man. I have lots of stories of Sprong taking his time to acknowledge and do stuff for kids. I guess he's human too. |

Anyone else notice when R Barry was talkn about Sprong returning during the game he referred to him as the 'Danish Flash'

Just curious.....the last couple of games I've noticed Sprong sitting out next to the zambonie area in between periods. Anyone know why?

Perhaps they're playing hide-and-seek, and he's it? Or, maybe he's trying to make contact with the mother ship, and doesn't want anyone to know. |

From time to time, I've seen Sprong in the area you mention between periods in each of the past 4 seasons.
No big deal.
By times you see guys outside the room between periods. Collecting thought? Getting some quiet time to focus?
Kielly is another guy you sometimes see there.

Being child-like is a good thing..... But, if you really want to know what Sprong is doing out there, go ask him. I'm sure it's something simple....collecting his thoughts...getting foussed, etc |
