Makes sense last year in the league and he wants to win.
This is the year to try and make a go of it.
I mean to me if they went all in and made it to the 3rd, round and lost l. I would not be upset cause at least they pulled out all the stops to get us to the end.

Story at the hotsotve at Tims today, had the Sprong "family" wanting the Pens to re-assign to European League, as they feel it would be better for development (Auston Matthews, is the example they are citing). Dad, I mean the family and agents feel returning to Jr. Does nothing to improve the areas of the games the Pens want improved.
This comes from someone who claims to be close to the team.
Not sure if this is even a possibility for him or the Pens to do this?

Matthews could go because he didn't sign a CHL player card. |

Poor kid has had this said about him ever since he was drafted here. The few players i have talked to all said hes a great team mate. I really think hes happy here. I talked to his dad at pownall 2 summers aho and he seems like a real nice guy. Hlad Sprongers coming back.

Jim Hulton won't care what Hannie Sprong wants.....he cares about what the owners group wants. Perhaps Hannie had a little more control over Daniel when he was younger, but I doubt he'd have much say now in where Daniel goes. |

Can't go to the AHL until your 20 years old when NHL drafted out of the CHL. Edit: Drouin. Went on a conditioning stint as a 19yo to the AHL. Could argue that, but Sprong won't be playing for the Penguins this year so no point in sending him to the AHL. |
