I don't want to read between the lines too much, but Hockey Canada must be happy with Kingsbury-Fournier. He was on the 3rd line for the first line. Scored two goals. He was on the top line yesterday and again this afternoon. I was assuming he would go back for another half year to full year MAAA but he may make it next year...

I wouldn't be surprised if he's traded at Christmas as part of an ill advised run for the memorial cup

He looked very good on a line with Stairs and Lawrence. I believe that he was moved to try to create offense for other lines, because that line was Team Black's only good line in game 1.
