Either way, If Grametbauer is long term, then keep Leclarc and when GB is healthy then move mark...I would trade Mark before I trade Leclarc due to the fact we paid a price for him...I also think they if he doesn’t the will move Mark regardless in a package to get a minute logging An to shore up the back end...either way we probably won’t hear much on GB injury status til Camp in Aug Who will want Grametbauer in a trade as he is an injured OA? Who knows, but someteam could want him for either some late picks or a player that needs a fresh start for a team..

I have a strong feeling Hillier will crack the roster. Along with Desnoyers and Spence. Kingsbury-Fournier will need another year of Midget AAA. He was a 2nd line player on Esther-Blondin this year. Give him the chance to play top minutes and be a leader. I'd send Lavallee back too. My darkhorse to make this year's roster as a 16 year old is Sam Dow. I agree with Hillier... Dow I don't know about, I think he's got a few holes in his game, doesn't skate well enough and can get beaten wide. He's got talent tho, offensively anyway.

But lets also remember the team that was infront of Grametbauer and Murdaca, what are marks numbers throught 21 games? alot of games got out of hand late in season..Either way if Grametbauer comes back someone will make that trade for a vet 20yr old as a back up for a playoff run for a 10th pick or something...I like Grametbauer, but he also needed someone behind him to allow him to have rest

Comparing stats for a goalie who was on a Memorial Cup team to one that was 14 is a really accurate measuring stick...~facepalm~ Not your finest moment...

Should be an upgrade on what they got from Waite last year.

It can’t be any worse then what they got from Waite last season, I think Lavelleé will push those goalies at camp, but ultimately I agree it shall be one of those unless they love some pieces and pick up a better 18yr old goalie..but I think they stay with those 3 and decide on 1

One of those three will be the backup with an eye to becoming the #1 the following year ... although I can see us adding a 20 YO goaltender for the 19-20 season when that new rule comes in for goaltenders ... if our #2 this year is not ready to take over. I expect Lavalee to be the backup in 19-20 ... back to midget for one more year. But ... if Lavalee outplays the other options at camp we may be forced to keeping him. I'm not terribly fond of the addition of another 20 YO goaltender. If Grametbauer isn't ready at the beginning of the season then I'd rather run with what we have and see who is ready for this level.
