I think if the Sea Dogs finish near the bottom of the standings again, it would say more about the strength of the division than how well the rebuild is going. The Sea Dogs should definitely be better than last season, but the same could be said for almost every other team in the Maritimes. The only exception would likely be Halifax who was already light-years ahead of the Sea Dogs last season.
