Regarding Dwyer. He's a players coach. Well, he was when he was over here. The players loved to play for him and would "win" for him.
I think he would be a good hire.....and may be the type of coach that THIS years team needs.
Going forward however, if I were RKI and was actually considering Dwyer.....it would not be a long term deal. 2yr max.
So, I think he would be a good hire for this remaining season....a very good hire....but he wouldn't be my choice to start/go through a rebuild with.

Jude Vallée could be an option, although he has something at U de M at the moment.
