It is curious that there was no release from the team on this.
Maybe the league is jumping the gun and the team is playing it safe in case the health restrictions don’t allow a game at that point in time.

With minor hockey only getting back to practices yesterday, the team is likely waiting for things to settle down a little bit before announcing if I had to guess.
They’ve already had a PR nightmare or two with Covid restrictions.

Fired up to watch this new version of the team. Hopefully the chemistry stays the way it was before the deadline and these guys really gel. Sounds like the new guys are all character guys so that shouldn’t be a problem.

Plenty of other apps... I can go on the tv and find it on the web....but it won't show the game. Weird. |

Plenty of other apps... I can go on the tv and find it on the web....but it won't show the game. Weird. Me too. It was the first time I tried to unload a hockey app on a smart TV. I ended up needing to print the entire words - Canadian Hockey League TV into the browser (when I finally found that) before I saw anything. Then I couldn't find the "enter" button to send it (you need to go to a drop down menu and press the red icon. It takes about 3 minutes to upload and your screen goes completely blank - making you think nothing is happening while you wait. Then - I couldn't figure out how to save the app to just see an icon on my screen - so I now need to do the whole process every time I log on and wait until it uploads. There's definitely an easy way to do it for the educated user - but my smart TV makes you open on Google Log In - and it's a nightmare. Too bad somebody wouldn't put the entire step by step process here for Dummies Like Me. The great part is - once you get it up and running - is it ever clear! I don't know why people complain because what I've seen so far is Pro quality. I'll likely be upset if the sound lags behind the play by play like an old Chines Kung Fu movie - but - wow - I think I'm going to be really happy with the package. |

I had the same thing happen on a NFL stream Sunday afternoon, I lowered the video quality and it worked fine for the rest of the game. |

I play it on the computer (Google Chrome) and cast it over to the TV as a wireless display.
Normally the quality is pretty good. George & Cory are doing the Quebec games I believe.

I don't pay much attention to rankings anymore, I don't think many do, but the Isles are now ranked #3 in the CHL.

The WHL, has not won a single game at the Memorial Cup, in 4 years now i believe it is. 15 or 16 games. Now 5 of top 6 teams, according to new rankings, are from the WHL. been basically same all year. This is why i take no notice of the rankings.

2 or 3 of the WHL teams are absolute wagons. If a WHL team doesent win a game at the mem cup this year it’ll be a shocker
