Just saw that Colby Huggan has been added to Bathurst’s training camp roster…would’ve been nice to give him a shot here IMO.

I’m sure he’s likely friends with Hughes and Campbell from the Knights, as well as living at home - who knows what kind of season he would have if he was to make the team.

The islanders site has an article stating the pre season roster has been released but there’s no link to see the roster anyone else have that trouble?

A young player that impressed me even though he didn’t put up the points like the rest did was young Flannigan Hulton had him killing penalties and he looked real good doing it another good young player to add to this young solid foundation it’s gonna be a fun couple seasons ahead!

He has the talent be a pretty good player in this league.

Conrad and Hughes both not with team due to personal reasons is not ideal hopefully both are minor situations and both are back sooner than later.. both players are key players to this lineup going forward

From what I have seen from Alexis Jacques, I think he can play a regular role on this team.

He has 2pts in 3gp.

Before the call up, he has 7pts in 6gp with the Edmundston Blizzard of the MHL.


He's also just 18yrs old.

I agree i think he can definitely play..... i still expect Vos to eventually wind up in Summerside

Will Allen is of to a hot start in the MHL with Mirimichi.

The 18yr old has collected 8pts in his first 3 games played....with 6 goals.

Should be interesting to see the direction we take at trade deadline this year..... obviously in the early stages of the rebuild still and seeing some nice young pieces but do we really have much to sell? Solid group of overagers and maybe a 19 year old dman....

too early to think about but hoping for one of those surprise Hulton trades this year that noone really sees coming
