I had heard 04 Thomas Begin could be heading to Cape but I don't see him costing anything close to a 1st round pick - 2005 Emmanuel Vermette would be a better fit for this group ( wishful thinking ) Wait a minute, Thomas Begin, WTF? If Sly trades for Thomas Begin I will officially retire my Eagles colours. |

If Sly trades for Thomas Begin and I quit. Wouldn't be Sly if he wasn't acquiring 19yr olds to replace the returning 19yr olds he acquired during last season. The funny thing is that if you acquire enough guys like this....1 of them will breakout and make you look like you know what you're doing. But reality is a broken clock is still right depending on when you look at it... |

Last Year we had a Dozen 19 year olds , if they run that same Blueprint by the Fans of Cape Breton again then it becomes official Irwin Simon is a meddling Owner who thinks he knows best and is still hung up on the ..........."if Halifax can draw 10,000 a game then we should be able to draw 5000 " . The Formula this year may include 2 new Euro's but have they officially told Satny that he is not returning ?

Gaudet and Brunet each cost Sherbrooke and Victoriaville their 2025 first pick but Roy was able to keep his 2025 1st pick in a deal for a defenseman. |
