Realistically Lyons wasn’t going to have a spot in the top 6, and he’s not a player suited for the bottom 6 so I suppose it makes sense. Just signed with Saint John. |

Does anyone know if there is a deadline for when the rosters have to be finalized and if so, when is it? This is me trying to be patient!  |

Hulton was on the radio and said there’s a few injuries (assuming Todd and Bowness) lingering from last year…they could be out for a while, who knows. Realistically, those are two guys who could get cut. But they can’t really just straight up cut returning players that haven’t stepped on the ice due to injury. The only other cut would be a 20 year old..again, Bell is likely still injured and they likely want to see more of him before they make any decisions |

I am a very big fan of Halifax forward, Reece Peitzsche.
I know he's unavailable.....or would have to be an unbelievable deal to aquire him.....but I would love to see him here in an Isles sweater.
He has great size. Can play center......right age group with his skill......
I know it's a pipe dream, but he would be on my list of players to ask about.

Looking at the box score again today seems like Huckins should be the odd man out time will tell though the only reason I think he makes it over Bell is because Jim traded for him

It's hard to tell from really only seeing him play during one game but in comparison to how the others play....I think you're right. However, Butler is impressive! |

Preseason is fun and all but this whole….waiting an entire week between games/practice/any news media lol ….. really makes it evident how much a person can miss hockey!!!
