I have to say I think Lavigne will get the start this time. Riopel pulled last game, Lavigne gets the tie (shoot out loss) after the pull, I think it's Lavigne's turn to "start" the game to see where it goes from there. Rio has had the start the first 4 games and Lavigne kept us in the last one after being down by 3 twice. Cat's win 4-2.

I'd like to see the Cats finally get off to a good start in a game. Young rebuilding team making their first road trip to the Maritimes; sounds like the perfect opportunity to come out all over 'em and get that first goal. I could also see this game being a bit of a downer coming off an emotional home-and-home with Halifax and games against divisional rivals coming up on the weekend.

Quite a few of the games vs. Quebec-based opponents have been pretty entertaining over the past couple seasons, and I wonder if that will continue this season even though the "Telus" division is supposedly weaker.

I think what he meant is that: If Riopel is sick he should play....otherwise start Lavigne.
