5- I loved the kids in the upperbowl. Lots of added noise that we don't get usually. If those were free giveaways, keep them coming! Makes the game more enjoyable for everyone really I find. The kids in the upper bowl were Jacques Cormier's personal fan club, a.k.a the entire population of Bouctouche. Group discount for sure but most likely not free giveaway.

I really like the electronic 50/50 with the totals being put up on the video board as the game progresses. Beats the hell out of the old ticket method.

I was wondering where the hell he came from exactly. Which brings me to another point I forgot. I love the was the programs are made this year with the little factoids and havin them made of actual carton and everything. However, I wished they still had the hometown and the year of birth of the players on them. I had been wondering during all of the first game where Pielmeier (sp?) came from and yesterday wondering where Cormier came from and how old he was.

If those were Cormier personal Fan club....Then we need a Wildctas fan club...They made a pile of noise and it was awsome to see...They were having a great time and making sure that everytime 25 hit the ice they were screaming...We need that for everytime a Wildcat is on the ice...Makes it so much more enjoyable... I still think getting some Cheerleaders from the area highschools would be awsome to help in getting the crowd involved.....
When the energy is high in the building it make watching more enjoyable....

One more little thing. I still think it would be a great idea of they put up the out of town scores on the video board during the intermission. I don't know if they have the time because of Les' interview, but they should at the very least be announced verbally at somet point in time. Speaking of interviews, the one with Jason Demers's father, who used to visit our board in the past, was quite interesting. You still see he has respect for Moncton's organisation. He was the one who came to the player's defense in Chicoutimi 2 years ago after the infamous incident there.

Couple of thoughts after another home game:
1. I loved having the interview with Frank Robidoux during the intermission! Having the play-by-play analyst of the webcast doing it live with Les was really interesting!
2. The Boyle interview during the 1st intermission was also more interesting then the others, with Boyle being very loud and vocal and expressif in his comments. He seemed to actually enjoy the interview more then the others.
3. Finally, out of town scores! Thank you! Greatly appreciated!
4. The goal horn needs to change. My girlfriend actually told me after the 3rd goal that she hoped they didn't score anymore because of it. I guess she got her wish. That animal "roar" is God-awful and needs to go. It's more irritating then anything.
5. The players introduction still. I am going to repeat what I said last time: after the announcer announces the players, you either have the little horn go off right away or have the player introduce himself on video. You can't have both. It sounds and looks awful, slows down everything and you have a horn out of nowhere after everybody's done clapping. I know someone has to justify the work he/she did, but you have to realize when you have a bad thing going.
6. I never actually mentionned this, but to whoever did the "next home game" videos, a job very well done! They actually interest me even more then I would be to go see the next one. They are intimidating and make the game seem like a can't miss event!

3. Finally, out of town scores! Thank you! Greatly appreciated! Although it was nice to see, I personally wouldn't mind seeing all of the out of town scores. Yesterday, they only showed the score for the Halifax/Cape Breton game, but there were 3 other games going on yesterday, all which started at 4 in Quebec.

The music is great but WAY TOO LOUD! You can't even hear the person beside you to talk about the game without be deafened by ACDC (who I love by the way). Turn it down. Nothing worse than bagpipes blasting out your eardrums. The kids (and many others) were covering their ears for most of the 1st period. Please, please, please turn it down!

A few things I noticed at the Montreal Canadiens game a few weeks ago....
-Their music was upbeat, hard rock....kinda got eveyone going....there was no "clap your hands if you can" crap
-There was a bunch of contest like the kiss cam thing, where the couple with the best kiss won something like a shirt or jersy. There was this one chick who was waving here hands to get the cameras attention and when she noticed herself on the big screen, she grabbed her boyfriend like a dominatrix and went to town on him....they won. They also have a crazy fan contest, same deal and real fun to watch.
-Not that this would work in Moncton but they have the best thing to get fans really going, the Molson zone, where basically they have cheerleaders in ref jerseys working the crowd over and they're sections just goes nuts all night. They give away a bunch of stuff from beer to jerseys and of course that was the section beside me so I didn't get any of it...
Also, when I was at the Bills game I noticed they seem to really want the fans involved. For example, if you follow football you may know they have a quarterback controversy with Losman and Edwards, at the game on the way in they were giving away signs saying "just play Losman" on one side and "Edwards is our future" on the other, they don't care what you choose they just want you to have an opinion and be in the game
Not that the WC or any junior team's entertainment could use any of these, I guess my point is when you go to a junior game your getting entertainment with a strict budget (see our sound system) and when you go to a professional sporting event your getting first class entertainment.

Some other thoughts about off ice entertainment:
1. Same thing again. Player's intro. Sound the horn, or play the video. But not both. It sucks the energy out of the building, and believe me, we do not need that as it's low enough already.
2. I noticed a lot more fake smoke coming from the blown up Wildcat at the start! Good job! I love it. Also, the colourful light balls or whatever add a nice touch.
3. All the out of town scoreboards! Awesome!
4. Noticed too much repitition in the music at the last game again. I'll clap my hands once, but for the love of God please refrain from playing the same organ songs (or any songs!) more then once or at the maximum, if you have completely depleted your inventory, twice.
5. Replacing the still pictures at the start of the game on the screen by videos was a great idea! Finally we're seeing the video board being used effectively! Good job!
6. With the Mission Impossible video, do you absolutely have to put Mission Possible? It's probably the 2nd most corny ending to anything after Well Said Fred's end to I'm too sexy (I'm too sexy for this song... song ends right there). A simply Wildcats logo coming at you from a distance would probably suffice.

Regarding the out of town scoreboard, I appreciate that, but I noticed that they typically only put them in halfway through the third. Show them during the first and second periods as well. I realize that on a typical night, the Quebec/US games are an hour behind, but there are usually other Maritime games under way at the same time as ours. Another thing that is annoying is when the spotlight follows the blimp around the ice. Those 1000 Watt bulbs tend to hurt the eyes somewhat.
