The Fog Devils roll into Moncton tonight at the Coliseum. The Cats are coming off a 4-2 loss at home last Sunday against the Gatineau Olympiques. The Fog Devils are coming off a 4-2 loss on the road last Saturday against the Halifax Mooseheads. Both teams have had a few days off and are both looking for the win.
Riopel back in nets tonight? I think he will be and the Cats win 4-1.

These games with SJ's and PEI and Bat are highly important in deciding who will make the playoffs ... I think it will be between us and SJ's come March ... PEI and Bat are just under-achieving and will get it going sooner or later. So ... games vs SJ's are must wins.

I'm not going to make any predictions but tonight is BY FAR the Fog Devils best chance to finally win a game at the Coliseum. Now to see if they take advantage...

Moncton only 0 for 3 on the power play, that's not that bad I guess.

Well, another loss for the Cats. On the bright side, we scored 2 PPG. One thing that I am noticing.. and I noticed it a half dozen or more times tonight.. when we have the puck in the offensive zone.. and it always comes out because when it comes to the line our Dman are NOWHERE in site. Our line changes are HORRIBLE. It's a pretty said thing, but I think it's time they start practicing it in practice.. I thought Riopel was shaky in nets. The first SJ's goal was weak and the second he was totally out of position, from what I could see. I think Brown played good. I would like to see him in before Labelle, IMO. And not to sound like Kovalev, but where was the timeout in the late stages of the 3rd period? There should have been one, IMO. They couldn't even get out of their own zone the last 1:30. C'mon. I wanna think tomorrow night will be better, but I think we are going to get smoked..

Just a note. The Telus video was terrible. Someone needs to clean the lens.

Notes from Game I thought Brown was decent, he should be in lineup every night. I thought Brenton had a decent game as well for 4th line guys, he hit a post... Power play was decent tonight, pretty much the only positive I can take from this game. I really am starting to think the major problem with this team, is Leadership. with Gaudet, Welton & Amac here last yr, that's alot of leadership lost and I think that's part of the problem, as is the D's being so passive & slow, it's horrible. This team continues to unimpress, I think it's time to unload the veteran guys for young players and draft picks (Mangan, Marquardt).... I thought we would be bad this yr, and they were decent. I thought we'd be half decent this yr and we're terrible Time to shake things up at Xmas time...

Cats or should I say Flynn lost that gamne! With 1:44 left in the game (in the offensive zone) no time out called.....no pulling out the goaltender in order to have a chance to even up the game!WT..H is going on Danny? Positive side the Brenton Brown and Lessard line certainly tied down the Devils! Power play saw an improvement 2 for 4.... Attendance is going down??? Macausland Mangan and Besak it s a matter of time before they produce. Who s next....the Eagles....Ah crap!

no time out called.....no pulling out the goaltender in order to have a chance to even up the game!WT..H is going on Danny? Cats couldn't pull their goalie because they couldn't even get out of their own zone. And Flynn not calling a timeout was bad coaching. There should have been one. I knew at the time there wouldn't be. He notioned to Riopel that he would come out at 1 minute. Bad move.
