one of our extra forwards and our 2nd might get it done. We'd have to pay less than Quebec. It would cost alot more then that............. sounds like a one sided Fog devil offer. |

The Fullerton to Halifax rumour doesnt make much sense...
Halifax has POP so basically the deal would have to be Fullerton for POP + something...
Halifax isnt going to straight up and deal for Fullerton and release POP...and I cant see Halifax offering anything substantial because it isnt a big enough upgrade...

Depends on how sure VDO are that he won't play if they are confident he wont it might be considered a steal to get anything for a player not willing to play in the CHL (I don't think this is the case he's just holing out for a better package by the looks of it.) So yes that wouldn't be enough. Also as far as I know it's against league policy (take that for what it’s worth) to talk to another teams player about playing for your team. Therefore the potential team would have no clue weather or not he would play for them or what he wants to play thus making any trade for a high pick or player even if he is a 3rd liner too expensive/risky. It's a catch 22 for any other team then Quebec. |

Yeah exactly and another team won't offer a lot unless they know exactly what he wants and are assured he will 100% play. The only team that really know that is Quebec so we're back at square one. I say he rots.

yes im glad but too much info was leaking out of HS last year. I prefer it this way. Nice to know things ahead of time but when loose lips get stories all hell breaks loose
