If no incident report is made, nothing can be done. Before certain people go yelling and screaming that certain fans and posters must be liars, maybe they should inquire with whatever authority would handle such an incident as to whether or not an incident report has been filed.

Maybe there has been and it is under investigation. Maybe none was filed. Saint Johners are famous for complaining, but then never taking the needed steps to have something done about their complaints.

Bois...RedDogBlueDog...anyone else who thinks this never happened....maybe you should inquire about it and see if anything was reported. I for one have no doubt that it happened. I do doubt whether or not anyone will officially complain enough to make any penalty occur though, because that's the Saint John way. Complain but take no action.

I know that a letter was sent off to Gilles Courteau, now whether anything comes of that, who knows?

Either way, if there is no video or credible witneses, the letter isn't worth the paper it is written on.

They'll probably look at it and say it is a security issue with Harbour Station that needs to be dealt with, nothing the Rempart did.

Then the Sea Dogs would say there were 2 security guards at the bench, then two in the crowd.
