lol it doesn't matter guys, like Canuckle said, it's my opinion and you haven't said anything to change it, just like I won't change yours. Just because it doesn't jive with yours doesn't mean it's wrong. Really. It doesn't.
And Leask, we were talking about one hit, which sounds like it was clean. And who the heck received it anyway?? Your scenario with Dido is imaginative, since Dido plays with great hockey sense. I can hardly imagine him getting rocked on a clean open-ice hit once in a game, let alone multiple times. Yes, if it appeared Dido was being targetted and getting smoked time and time again (which just couldn't happen, he's too good for that), someone better step in.
On the other side... do you think Thomas should be getting mugged everytime he makes a big hit? Do you think Bergy should have been getting mugged each time he laid a big hit? Big hits are exciting for the fans and the players, people getting jumped is not.
