Wonder if we see any action today with it being the trade deadline Trade deadline, have to be down to 25 and have to make a decision on CEGEP players today. Waiver draft is tomorrow. |

I am interested in seeing how things proceed today.
A lot of roster decisions are based on if the 20’s are 1F/1D/1G or 2F/1G…..that’s not a decision that is needed today, but you sort of need a clear picture to build the rest of the roster.

I haven’t seen a second of action in camp.
How do 17 y/o’s Dumas, Valente, and Rankin look? Are they Q players?
All three are later selections and 2023 draft picks. This would be a great time to make them Q players….if they are ready. How many of these three guys should be part of our team?

How could you ever replace Vos with a player who can’t skate as fast and just shovels the puck up the boards? I get that he is bigger but what does big mean when you don’t hit and have no bite? Are you referring to Hughes? Obviously you haven’t watched many games…there were many games in the second half last year that he was the only guy who looked like he gave a shit, throwing hits, driving to the net, etc. Or if you’re referring to Steen…well I don’t think he has much of a chance at staying here Steen |

I agree Valiente looks good, haven’t watched enough to notice Dumas but it sounds like he has a good shot at making the team.
Rankin, from what I saw, was just kind of sloppy…not a great skater, doesn’t have great hands. Again, very limited time watching him…but I expect him to be one of the cuts

Four players released from camp today:
Isaac Vos
Sheldon Rankin
Jeremy Dumas
Kevin Walker
25 players remain in camp, including the remaining 4 20 y/o players.
