All things being equal between Halifax and Saint John, Saint John will not sell-out every game like Halifax did in 2000 and would probably do if Halifax is succesful for 2012. I'm not quite so sure that is a fair comparison. I was a season ticket holder back then and never missed a game. As you recall, most of the home games (if not all if I recall correctly) were sell-outs after the Christmas season in 1999 & 2000. I don't think you could say the same today. Theefore, it would require a good upsell to walk-in traffic to get those sell-outs you speak of. To be honest, I'm not so sure you could. It was a far different game on the ice then, and we haven't seen such excitement in this barn since. Think back: Remember the hate we had for Grenier and the Rempart, and then we swept them in the two games back-to-back. I'll never forget HAL standing on top of the north end net with the old corn broom as Quebec left the ice. Priceless. There was electricity in the barn, and I haven't felt that game in game out since that year. All in all, I think it would be really tough selling it out. Not saying it can't be done, just gonna be tough. i scalped my tickets and i'm still watching the TV i bought with the money. ;D

ok Turk if you say so... talk to me in June Sure thing ... The source is excellent so you can live in denial if you choose but your not getting anything at the draft for Cousineau lol. nope we aren't getting anything for Cousineau at the draft as his junior career will be over then and we've already gotten draft picks for him... but we will be getting something for some of those draft picks.... the source is excellent as well.... I do not know who we're getting yet... but we've been told we have player(s) coming in as a result of the trades this trade period.. Nestrasil is the widely rumoured one from Victo.... odds are the other one(s) must be coming from SJ like i said we'll see in June

That type of information is not allowed to be leaked ... so your source ... as excellent as he or she is ... may just be following the Q rules and denying that the deal still has parts to come.

I could understand that suggestion if they didn't come to me ... I never even asked this person about the trade they came to me and said the best part of the deal was that there was no futures involved. We'll just wait and see though I don't wanna go on about PEI/Saint John trade in the Halifax Memorial Cup thread lol ... We just wait and see what happens in June no worries.
